0-5k groups

Our 10 week 0-5k programme is perfect for complete beginners or those of you who might have tried before but struggled alone. With a combination of fun exercises, walking and running over the course of 10 weeks, we will take you from sofa to superstar with manageable and enjoyable sessions you can take at your own pace. Each session has two trained and qualified run leaders, so no-one will ever get left behind.
The 10 week programme costs £60 includes a free Riverside Rebels t-shirt plus a weekly newsletter with suggested run workouts and useful advice for beginners. There is also a free social run session each week. If you attend this and your main session, the cost equates to £3 per session.
0-5k groups run on Thursdays from 7.15pm – 8.15pm or Wednesdays 9.45am – 10.45am

3-5k intermediate group

A gentle and relaxed pace means this 10 week programme is suitable for those returning from injury or those runners who would like more time to build up their strength and distance. The 10 week programme costs £60 including a weekly newsletter with suggested run workouts and useful advice and articles for runners and free social run sessions.  There are also two free social run session each week. If you attend these and your main session, the cost equates to £2 per session.

3-5k group runs from 7.15pm – 8.15pm on Wednesday evening

5k Maintenance groups

Our 10 week, 5k maintenance programme is for those runners who wish to maintain a healthy level of fitness whilst working on timing and technique over shorter distances. Perfect for those who have completed our 0-5k programme and wish to continue without increasing distance covered. With our usual combination of fun exercises and running over the course of 10 weeks, we will help you build on progress so far.
The 10 week programme costs £60 includes a weekly newsletter with suggested run workouts and useful advice for beginners and free social run sessions. There are also two free social run session each week. If you attend these and your main session, the cost equates to £2 per session.

5-10k  groups

Our 10 week 5-10k  programme is designed to help you take your running to the next level. Suitable for those who have completed the 0-5k programme or those who are regular runners but want to improve.
The 10 week programme costs £60 including a weekly newsletter with suggested run workouts and useful advice and articles for runners and free social run sessions. There are also two free social run session each week. If you attend these and your main session, the cost equates to £2 per session.

Social Runs

Relaxed and friendly meet-ups – joining us is optional and free to those who attended their weekly group. Social runs are Thursday evenings at 7.15pm and Saturday mornings at 8.30am
